Our Association accepts Academic Incentive Award applications every study term.
Applicants with qualifications stated below are eligible to submit their Academic Incentive Awards application with the respective certificates to the Association’s administrative office before indicated closing dates.
- For Kindergartens – Those who obtained First, Second and Third place in school examinations (the average score of the 4 main subjects must achieve at least 90 points ) or the total average score of 4 subjects in Year-End examination must achieve 85 points, or Grade A (Mandarin, Malay, English and Mathematics as the main subjects).
- (A) For Chinese Primary School from Year One to Three- Those who obtained Internal Evaluation score of excellent grade of 5 or 6 .
(B) For National Primary School from Year One to Three- Those who obtained Internal Evaluation score of excellent grade of 5 or 6 .
( This internal Evaluation grading has been implemented since 2019)
(A) For Chinese Primary School from Year Four to Five – Those who obtained First, Second and Third place in school examinations (the average score must achieve at least 75 points) or the total average score must achieve 75 points.
(B) For National Primary School from Year One to Three - Those who obtained First, Second and Third place in school examinations (the average score must achieve Grade A) or the total average score of the Year-End examination is Grade A or at least 7 A’s in school examinations.
(C) Both (A) and (B) candidate must pass all the 4 main subjects.
- The primary school examination (UPSR) – Those who achieve at least 4As (Chinese Primary School), or 3As (National Primary School) and pass the other remaining subjects .
- Remove Class, Form One to Form Three of Secondary School –Those who scored First, Second and Third place in school examinations (the average score must achieve at least 65 points) or the total average score of the school examinations must achieve at least 70 points, or Grade A, or scores of at least 4A’s and pass all main subjects.
- PT3 and Chinese Independent Secondary School examinations, Those who achieved at least 4As and pass all remaining subjects.
- SPM and Chinese Independent Secondary School examinations, Those who achieved at least 4As and pass all remaining subjects .
- STPM , A LEVEL Examinations or FOUNDATION, the applicant must pass the examination.
- Applicant for both domestic and overseas Colleges (DIPLOMA) or University (DEGREE) level, who failed to graduate or pass the annual examination ,would not be accepted.
- Applicant who performed excellently in academic or extracurricular activities in state or national level.
Note:
If the member fails to pay previous annual member fees, his children’s application for this award will not be accepted.
Applicant who is taking UPSR, PT3, SPM or STPM examination , the test results of the school examination will not be considered.
Each applicant can only apply for one academic and one extracurricular activity award.
- Applicant who failed to submit the application form or provide complete information will not be considered.
- For those who apply for College or University level , the applicant's age must not exceed 30 years.
The award ceremony will be held on November 17, 2019 at 10 am at the premise of the association .
- The incentive Committee will reserve the right to change and make the final decision.
